  • We look forward to a nice show with you and want to ensure with the present technologyinstruction in advance for a smooth fow. If individual points from this list can not be fulflled, weask you at least four weeks before the event for a corresponding information.
  • stage requirements
  • Stage - The stage should have a play area of at least 6m width and 4m depth and a clear height of at least 3m and be cleared and clean at the beginning of the rehearsals. A visitor-safe staircase inthe middle of the auditorium should be available. Staircases left and right of the stage are alsopossible.
  • Curtains - Main curtain, if available, back cover preferably black. Stage right and left 1-2 blackstage entrances / side scarves / lanes.
  • No side or rear view for spectators.
  • Stage plan -The backstage area should be well lit. The artists bring along props that should bestored at the sides and backstage without being visible to the audience. Please let us have a stageplan with marked exits to assess the situation and possibly adjust the program.
  • Arrival / Delivery - We arrive with a truck with a lift and a van. Access from the parking lot to the venue must be at ground level or with a truck ramp (stairs require aide to transport the props). Doors and stairs must be big enough to ft props (1 x 2 m).
  • Stage efects
  • We use haze and bubble machines. Smoke alarm systems must be switched of during the entirerehearsals and during the performance.Sound requests
  • PA / sound system - We need a proper PA system with a mini-jack port for an iPad and two appropriate stage monitors as well as knowledgeable technicians driving the sound.
  • Light requirements lighting - Stage lighting appropriate to the venue with follow spot on stage and front part of theauditorium. The stage should be lit from the front right and front left and from above in white, red,blue, cyan and magenta. If available, three white profle lights from the front to the stage (freelyadjustable). Optionally programmable moving lights and efects. A knowledgeable technician is needed to program the light during the rehearsals and drive operate them during the show.
  • General
  • From light and sound mixer, the stage must be well visible. In-house technical equipment relevant for the show must be explained by the staff to the stage technicians before the beginning of the event and be accessible to them. Please provide required materials we might need for the set-up and installation of the show like ladder, tape, cable material.
  • Staff | Crew - We travel with 3-5 artists and two backstage technicians, possibly with a lighting and sound engineer, who gives the cues for the light and sound recordings.
  • Wardrobe -We ask for a wardrobe with enough space for 6-8 people. It must be lockable, heatedand, lit, with chairs, tables, mirrors and coat racks.
  • Food - Sufficient food, e.g. in the form of sandwiches, fruit, sweets or similar should be available to the entire team during the rehearsal time and performance time, as well as a hot meal, by arrangement before or after the show. Drinks like cofee, still water, juice or soft drinks.
