Maxim Tkhoryk is a Ukrainian drummer and music producer. He started playing drums at the age of 9. He was born in the city of Kamyanets-Podilskyi, Ukraine. At the age of 12 he became a gospel musician and performed in church, and eventually moved to the professional stage.

In 2009 Maxim successfully graduated from a music school in the class of drums and piano, and continued his education at the R.M. Glier Institute of Music in Kiev.

He earned the first place in the contest organized by Realmusic with the support of Paiste brand. The popular drumming duo "Drumbassadors" was on the jury of the competition. In 2018, he also won the drummer competition from Yamaha "Drum Groove" and participated in Dave Weckl's master class.

From 2012 to 2023, Maxim Thorik actively performed with various bands including Mozgi, Potap and Nastya Kamenskykh, Michelle Andrade, The Max Band and others. His talent has allowed him to travel all over the world and give concerts in various countries including USA, Italy, Turkey, Maldives, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Egypt, Georgia and many others. Maxim has played more than 500 concerts during his career.

Max has extensive experience working in studios, collaborating with leading recording companies and producers, making an invaluable contribution to the creation and recording of music across various genres. His talent, precision, and creativity make him a valuable participant in the creative process and a sought-after studio drummer.

He has also participated in major festivals such as Atlas Weekend, where the number of visitors amounted to an impressive 527,870 people.
