Born in Caracas, son of Spanish immigrants, studied at the university of Miami, with Don Coffman electric bass, started working in Miami where he met David Murphy drumer, who would invite Bert to start working in Vegas for Laura Taylor a lady very close to the Sinatra circle, that's where everything started then becoming a producer in Venezuela produced very well known Artist of the region, and then at 45 started doing what he had learn from that Vegas experiences and has sang for people all over the world with Sinatra and more.

Now living in Florida he does it for locals in a very difficult industry and era but still he is getting his spots in Florida.
