Robbin ''Warrior Monk'' Castillo is an experienced sportsman of
Breakdance, Boxing, Yoga, Gymnastics, Fitness, Bootcamp, Calisthenics. With all these sports he took what he believed works best.
He has lived for a certain time in solitude while wandering over the world and took that time to develop new exercises and techniques to improve his physical and mental state of health.
He added his own creativity and logics to make new exercises to make himself more flexible and strong with a better balance.
Also his spiritual quest gave him the opportunity to study different religions and meditation techniques and from this he took what worked the best.He has done many retreats in Nepal, India and Egypt.
He has designed Warrior Monk Training which is in short is a new innovative method to improve your wellbeing and a fun way to challenge yourself with creative, fun and hard movements.
