Biography
Vida de Cuba Project
The heart of Cuba, the soul of the world
Vida de Cuba Project is a one-of-a-kind Armenian band formed in 2015, blending the energy of Latin America, the fire of Spain, and the charm of the Middle East into a rich musical experience. Their repertoire includes salsa, cha-cha, bolero, and gypsy rumbas, all infused with Cuban flavor and fused with flamenco and Hijaz-inspired melodies.
While the name suggests a Latin focus, the band goes far beyond. Their sound effortlessly combines Spanish, Eastern, and Arabic influences, creating a unique musical identity. Vida de Cuba Project is a highly professional group that can adapt their set on the fly — from explosive dance music to experimental, atmospheric performances flavored with Cuban, Spanish, and Oriental elements.
The band is perfect for all kinds of events — from festivals and club shows to private parties and elegant weddings. Their setlist features both beloved Spanish and Latin hits and original compositions or creative rearrangements that go far beyond the typical “cover” format.
