Valentina Danubio is an Italian stand-up comedian and musician who also adds musical flair to her sets with bits on the ukulele. Her comedy is sharp and deeply relatable: an Italian working mom living in an Arab country, bringing a fresh perspective to topics like motherhood, pregnancy, body image, job hunting, and cultural differences — all with warmth, wit and authenticity.
She began her stand-up comedy career in January 2023 and just six months in, she won a local competition called Survival of the Funniest.
She has been performing regularly at Dubai’s acclaimed The Laughter Factory, multiple times as part of the Abu Dhabi Comedy Season, she opened four nights for John Achkar’s New Material shows (2024), and expanded internationally with performances in Saudi Arabia and Cyprus. She also co-produced and performed, for the first time ever in Dubai, 3 stand-up comedy shows in Italian language.
