Requirements

- We require the following to have a safe and effective performance: 1. Stage Shows require 3x3meter for one performer, 5x3meter for two performers, 4x6.5meter for three performers clear and level performance area with a minimum vertical clearance of 4m. The performance area must be clear of all obstructions. 2. Area must be isolated from fire services and smoke detection devices for the duration of the performance. 3. A secure fueling area attached to the performance area and shielded from the crowd. If the fueling area and the performance area are not contiguous there must be a cleared walkway between the two. 4. If the crowd is expected to be large, boisterous, or include children, the venue must provide crowd control personnel. 5. A powered sound system (PA) and personnel to set up and strike it. Music will be provided on MP3 player or USB Stick with a 3.5mm Auxiliary output. 6. If stage lighting is available we request blue floodlights. All other lights should be dimmed for maximum impact. 7. A staging area no more than 50 meters from the performance area to Load In and Out from. Performers require up to 45 minutes for Load In and up to 45 minutes for Load out. 8. A free and secure location for performers' vehicles for the duration of the event. If any of the above accommodations cannot be provided, they must be clearly communicated to the Artist.
