Miss Mess is a professional hula hooper and aerialist from the UK. She enjoys performing several hula hoop acts designed to suit all types of events and audiences. Miss Mess performs hula hoops as a roving character on stilts, a glow hoop dance act, a circus style cabaret or a fire performer.
She has performed cabaret, fire, stilts and glow hoops as well as aerial silks around the world at night clubs, children's centres, festivals, corporate events and parties - performing at festivals in Australia and at Glastonbury in the UK.

Miss Mess also teaches circus hoop and hoop dance, her teaching style is all about fun and games as she encourages everyone to let loose, get in the hoop and have a go!

'Miss Mess gets Squeaky Clean' is a fun cabaret act set in the bath, she likes to play with her hula hoops and her beloved talkative rubber duckey!
'Miss Mess does Arnie's Workout' is another cabaret act set in Arnold Shwarzenegger's gym class which can be performed as either comedy hoops or as a comedy silks act.

'Moonlight' is a traditional silks act suitable for children and adults alike.
