Born in Rabat, Morocco, Achtouk Hicham, known artistically as Ilyane Artfield, is a guitarist, singer, and interpreter officially recognized by the Moroccan Ministry of Culture. He is also a proud member of the General Syndicate of the Professional Union for the Protection and Support of Artists.
