Tuan Halishan Sabreen, born on January 2, 1997, is known professionally as Halishan's Music. He is a Sri Lankan DJ and music producer currently residing in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Halishan is recognized as one of the flag bearers of dark progressive sounds, contributing significantly to this genre.

Halishan is one of the most popular mainstream and underground DJs, inspired by electronic music. As a young, upcoming global music producer and DJ, he has continuously experimented with different arts, adding a unique touch to his creations. His creativity has led him to produce music for internationally renowned labels such as Senter Records, BONZAI Progressive, Mir Music, Symmetric Records, Elastic Dimension Records, Lisbon Journey Records, Lamia Recordings, Armada, Purified, Cafe de Anatolia, Timeless Moment, Perspective Digital, and Mix Studio Recordings.

In 2023, Halishan achieved recognition as one of the UAE's top 4 underground DJs and became a finalist in the UAE Top DJ competition for the Untold Festival 2024. Additionally, he will be hosting his own underground event called Vibe Radio DXB, featuring top-class underground artists.

Halishan's musical repertoire spans various genres, including House Music, Afro House, Organic House, Downtempo (with an Oriental touch), Melodic House/Techno, Progressive House, and Open Format (R&B, Hip Hop, Commercial).
