Denys is a Cuban multi instrumentalists mastering, djembe, congas, bongo, cajun, timbables and flute. In 2021, Denys relocated to the UAE after being chosen for Expo 2020, a globally renowned event. He became a part of the official Expo music department, collaborating with over 50 international musicians, representing diverse cultures. Denys showcased his talent at prestigious events, including the Museum of the Future's opening ceremony and performances with iconic brands like Hèrmes and Richard Mille. He also had a six-month stint with Sondelarecordings, a new Afro-House label under Defected Records, collaborating with top South African DJs like Oscan Mbo and Culoe de Song. Denys continued to captivate audiences with solo acts at events like The Kiosk by Hèrmes, The Market Outside The Box 2023, TunesDXB 2023, RELM Festival at The Point Palm, Middle East Events Awards 2023, as well as private events and weddings, infusing his percussion and flute expertise to spread good vibes and high energy.
