Biography
Alana Patmore is an upcoming indie/folk singer/songwriter from Sydney. Having spent her formative years honing her craft, she continues to work towards enhancing and exploring her artistic talents through various musical endeavours.
She graduated from the Talent Development Program in 2016 and has achieved prestigious awards for her songwriting, including first prize in the ACMF National Songwriting Competition. She also fronts Sydney pop band, Paper Stranger.
Alana regularly gigs around Sydney, at venues such as the Record Crate in Glebe. She also collaborates as a session singer, most famously featuring on NRMA’s ‘Keep you Moving’ campaign. Currently studying at the Sydney Conservatorium, Alana has been writing, performing, and collaborating, and plans on releasing an EP of original songs in the near future.
