Adam R Sweet is a 30+ year veteran traditional fiddle and mandolin player from western MA. Mr. Sweet has toured the world playing traditional music styles, specifically Americana, Celtic and Klezmer. He is proficient in the studio and has experience working with different engineers and recording equipment. He can read music easily, provide backing and rhythm.

Adam R Sweet has a BA in Music and has studied Suzuki Violin at the New England Conservatory of Music, Violin Performance at the Conservatory at Rivers and Chamber Music Coaching from the Apple Hill Center For Chamber Music. He studied traditional music in college and worked as a recording artist and studio musician. He plays fiddle and Irish bouzouki with Celticado, a Celtic traditional ensemble, fiddle and mandolin with Swift River, a Bluegrass band, and Yiddishkeit, a Klezmer ensemble.

Adam R Sweet has extensive studio recording experience with various gear and engineering to offer in addition to backing/rhythm and improvisational skills. Adam reads music fluently, interpret charts flawlessly and is a significant partner and performer in any band or ensemble.
